Warranty and legal

100% Authenticity Guarantee

Every watch sold by Watchology Exchange is guaranteed to be 100% authentic. We are not an authorized retailer of Rolex or any other brand. We hand-select only the most desirable pieces from a trusted network of vendors and clients who deal directly with original manufacturers and authorized retail boutiques.

Every watch we offer goes through a meticulous authentication process performed by a highly-trained watchmaker, who verifies that the timepiece is in proper working order, uses all original parts, and that its serial number matches the original documentation.

If any watch we sell is ever proven to be inauthentic, we will refund the purchase in full.

Warranty Coverage

New and pre-owned watches purchased from Watchology Exchange are covered by either:

- Our complimentary 2-year Watchology Exchange warranty, or

- The remainder of the original manufacturer's warranty on the watch, where applicable.

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects that impact the mechanical function of the watch.

Our warranty does NOT cover:

- Cosmetic defects (scratches, marks, finish wear)

- Normal wear and tear

- Loss or theft

- Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or impact

- Water damage of any kind

- Damage resulting from improper handling, storage, or maintenance

Any third-party service, repair, modification, or part replacement completed after purchase will render this warranty null and void. Eligibility to process a warranty claim is determined at the sole discretion of Watchology Exchange.

Vintage watches: Due to the nature of vintage timepieces and the limited availability of original parts, we cannot offer our warranty on vintage watches. Vintage pieces are sold as-is, with full transparency regarding their condition at the time of sale.

To submit a warranty claim, contact us at watchology305@gmail.com or call (786) 558-4963. Watches submitted for warranty service must be sent fully insured, at the customer's expense, to our Downtown Miami location.

Manufacturer Warranties

Any remaining manufacturer warranty included with a watch is the sole responsibility of that manufacturer, not Watchology Exchange. We do not extend, modify, or guarantee the terms of any manufacturer warranty.

Brand & Trademark Disclaimer

Watchology Exchange is an independent dealer of pre-owned and unworn luxury timepieces. We are not an Authorized Dealer of, and have no affiliation, association, sponsorship, or endorsement with Rolex SA, Rolex USA, Inc., or any watch manufacturer or brand whose products appear on this site.

All trademarks, trade names, brand names, model names, and reference numbers are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification and descriptive purposes. Any manufacturer warranty, where applicable, is the responsibility of that manufacturer and not of Watchology Exchange.

All watches listed on this website are independently inspected, authenticated, and guaranteed by Watchology Exchange.

Inquire-to-Purchase Model

Watchology Exchange does not process payments directly through this website. All purchases are completed through our Inquire to Purchase model: customers submit an inquiry, and a Watchology Exchange specialist contacts them directly to confirm availability, pricing, condition details, and to coordinate secure, insured payment and shipping.

Listed prices are informational and subject to change, availability, and final confirmation by a Watchology Exchange specialist. Submission of an inquiry does not constitute a binding offer to sell, and no sale is final until confirmed in writing by Watchology Exchange.

We never request payment information through this website or via unsecured channels.

Returns

Because each transaction is personal and the watch is confirmed with the buyer before sale, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Watchology Exchange and must be discussed directly with your specialist at the time of purchase.

To be eligible for return consideration, the watch must be unworn, in original condition, with all included accessories, packaging, and documentation. Watches that have been worn, sized, serviced, modified, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.

Shipping & Insurance

All watches are shipped fully insured via overnight delivery, professionally packed and handled by experienced specialists. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery confirmation. International shipping is available on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to additional duties, taxes, and import regulations, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Watchology Exchange's total liability arising out of or related to any transaction, watch, or use of this website is limited to the purchase price paid for the specific watch in question. Watchology Exchange is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

Frequently asked questions

How do I buy a watch from Watchology Exchange?

We don't sell directly through the website. Every piece in our collection is acquired through a personal inquiry. Tap Inquire to Purchase on any watch, leave your contact info, and a Watchology specialist reaches out within 24 hours to confirm availability, pricing, condition details, and next steps. Prefer to talk first? Call us at (786) 558-4963 or visit our showroom at Time Century Jewelry Center, Suite 158, in Downtown Miami.

Why can't I check out and pay online?

Luxury timepieces aren't a one-click purchase — and we don't believe they should be. Each transaction involves authentication review, condition transparency, secure payment coordination, and fully insured handling. Working one-on-one with a specialist protects you, protects the watch, and ensures every deal closes the right way.

Are your watches authentic? Are you an Authorized Dealer?

Every watch we sell is 100% authentic, hand-inspected and verified in-house by our specialists before it's listed — no exceptions, no third parties.

We are not an Authorized Dealer of Rolex or any other brand, and we are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Rolex SA, Rolex USA, or any manufacturer. Watchology Exchange is an independent pre-owned luxury watch dealer. All brand names, model names, and reference numbers on this site are trademarks of their respective owners, used for descriptive purposes only.

Buying from an independent dealer like Watchology means access to discontinued references, rare configurations, and pieces you simply won't find at an AD — all backed by our in-house authenticity guarantee.

How do I know the watch is genuine?

Every timepiece goes through a multi-point in-house inspection covering movement, case, dial, bracelet, serials, and overall provenance. We do not list, sell, or ship anything we cannot stand behind. If a watch ever fails to meet our standard, it doesn't make it to the floor.

Do the watches come with box and papers?

It depends on the piece. Each listing notes whether the watch ships with full set (box and papers), box only, papers only, or as a watch-only sale. Your specialist confirms the exact set during your inquiry, along with year of production and condition notes.
