Frequently asked questions
How do I buy a watch from Watchology Exchange?
We don't sell directly through the website. Every piece in our collection is acquired through a personal inquiry. Tap Inquire to Purchase on any watch, leave your contact info, and a Watchology specialist reaches out within 24 hours to confirm availability, pricing, condition details, and next steps. Prefer to talk first? Call us at (786) 558-4963 or visit our showroom at Time Century Jewelry Center, Suite 158, in Downtown Miami.
Why can't I check out and pay online?
Luxury timepieces aren't a one-click purchase — and we don't believe they should be. Each transaction involves authentication review, condition transparency, secure payment coordination, and fully insured handling. Working one-on-one with a specialist protects you, protects the watch, and ensures every deal closes the right way.
Are your watches authentic? Are you an Authorized Dealer?
Every watch we sell is 100% authentic, hand-inspected and verified in-house by our specialists before it's listed — no exceptions, no third parties.
We are not an Authorized Dealer of Rolex or any other brand, and we are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Rolex SA, Rolex USA, or any manufacturer. Watchology Exchange is an independent pre-owned luxury watch dealer. All brand names, model names, and reference numbers on this site are trademarks of their respective owners, used for descriptive purposes only.
Buying from an independent dealer like Watchology means access to discontinued references, rare configurations, and pieces you simply won't find at an AD — all backed by our in-house authenticity guarantee.
How do I know the watch is genuine?
Every timepiece goes through a multi-point in-house inspection covering movement, case, dial, bracelet, serials, and overall provenance. We do not list, sell, or ship anything we cannot stand behind. If a watch ever fails to meet our standard, it doesn't make it to the floor.
Do the watches come with box and papers?
It depends on the piece. Each listing notes whether the watch ships with full set (box and papers), box only, papers only, or as a watch-only sale. Your specialist confirms the exact set during your inquiry, along with year of production and condition notes.
